hi everyone well ive finally got my charger in cuda keiths workshop heres some pics i must admit im a bit scared :shock:

That's lovely Rick, no problem sorting that out!

Sadly I have not been successful finding the chrome trim you are after, but I still have another shed to go through... :cry:

hi ivor i was looking around it last nite while it was up on the lift thinking to myself where the hell do i start :shock: thanks for lookin will keep fingers crossed i think it will be a little while before i will need it

Hi Rickster , how's it going?...........what trim are you looking for? ..if Ivor can't help you out give me a shout , got some trim but got rid of a fair bit.

a bit of a update attacked car tonite got seats out and carpet and console also got exhaust system out and prop off and one header undone heres some pics of what was lurking when the carpet came up also found some american change under the seats :thumbright:

hi everyone heres an update on saturdays work the front and rear glass is out and ive discovered a few holes :shock: :shock: gearbox is out the flex plate was all broken up that must have been the ticking noise i was hearing :shock: :D any advice on this lot would be great ive never been this far in body work wise and some advise on flex plates would be good to heres some pics :thumbright:

There's very few that aren't like that under the paint and filler,or have already been mended. All that rot around the glass areas is due to the (non) drainage and the trim clip setup.

After it has been repaired is there anything i can do to help stop that happening again ???? :thumbright:

Make sure that there's no rust still active,then plenty of paint where the glass goes. For the trim clips,something like Waxoil inside before the headlining goes back in.

Yes that scary, but at least you now know.
Seen worse on here brought back from the dead !! :)

At least you are brave enough to look under the paint/carpet !
