flex plate and prop shaft

hi everyone was taking off the prop and had to loosen off the axle and slide it back to get it out i think the prop is to long would a runner prop be the same lengh as a charger prop ???also my flex plate was broken up what type do i need to get there are pics of it in the workshop section
