fitting b and m pro rachet shifter..... help needed !!!

i bought a b and m pro rachet shifter to fit to a 67 satallite with a 727 torqueflight box, i ordered it from summit racing but when it came all the instuctions are unreadable, im not sure wich bracket to use as there are a few to choose from and what about the wiring on the 2 switches that come with this, any pics , suggestions would be greatly appriciated
