New Daily Driver....But it's not a MOPAR!

Post by sinny »

Been looking to change my daily driver for a while (Alfa 159 1.9d). Needed 4 doors & as much POWER as possible!
Looked at the usual, BMW, Jag, Audi etc then came accross this badboy.....

Cadillac CTS, 3.6 V6, 304bhp! Goes like stink & is full loaded! :D

Looks quite a useable daily, and a bit like a space ship inside, very futuristic.

Classic American 'road tested' one against an equivalent 5 Series beemer. Caddy came out on top. Well built and well appointed and much better value for money than the beemer. residuals are khazi though. I reckon most would rather be driving a BMW than a Cadillac?

You're right there! An equivalent beemer or audi was double the price, had less kit & was slower! Residuals are Bananarama! but I got this one for a steal as the garage knew nothing about them! :thumbright:

I think if you arent a badge snob, you are getting a hell of a lot of car for the money. Definately the wiser choice if you arent bothered about residuals.
