Where can I get these "press stud/durable dot/" wh

Can I get any of these over here.
I have looked quite a lot, I've found many places selling "durable dots" which appears to be at least one name for these, but none so far selling these exact ones - one piece, flangeless, 3/8" (~10mm) diameter, 5/16" long (~8mm).

Any leads?
