Rubber adhesive

New boot seal for an A body, the glue on type.
What is the best adhesive to use?
The instructions say "3M #08008 black super weatherstrip adhesive" but I have not been able to find it sold in the UK online.

Looks like "evo-stik serious glue" would be good for the job.
Rated to -30° so should handle the ice as the VG is left outside like a mongrel dog!
