stuck on 10mph.

Can anybody help please? My speedometer`s stuck on 10 mph when i`m either driving or the cars stood. Is this a problem with the speedo itself or the cable? I have a spare speedometer gauge but if its time to change the cable does anyone know a supplier in the uk. cheers

try taking the speddo cable out of gear box and putting a battery drill on it.

Does sound like speddo is faulty

If it is the cable just send it to speedy cables here in the UK and they will rebuild it.

But it does sound like it might be the actual speedo that is faulty.

the speedo was bouncing a fair bit before it stuck. cheers

Bouncing sounds like the cable. Speedy cables should sort that.
