Problem with 904 transmission

Had a rebuild of a 904 transmission but still cant get 3rd & rev ,does anyone no who can rebuild transmission.Was thinking of going to Alders

I think you can do better than going there....Queue "Clobbering time".........

Which is a cryptic way of saying,"Take it to Cannonball for a proper job". Dunc is based in Crewe, which may seem a bit of a trek from Herts but will probably turn out to be your best course of action.

Might be worth asking one of the Mods to move this thread into the Transmission section of the board too. It's less likely to get missed there.

Been a while since i built one but sounds like the front clutch not working maybe?

Easy to forget to replace the front clutch piston seal or maybe accidently leave it off alltogether.
