Hmmmm
Ok, so put my discs on the Dart today, have also replaced ball joints and bushing on A Arms etc
Took the tie rods off, clearly got two ball joints on it which links to the steering
In the PST kit it came with two of the rod ends one for each side, these seem to fit the inner of the ends as in engine side not the wheel side
I need 4 in total as the ones on each end of the tie rod were shot.
BUT when I came to change them the thread only works on one end of the tie rod and not the other, am I being daft?
The ones that came with the kit screwed in to just one end of each of the tie rod
So what do I need to order to get the reverse thread ball joints?

As Mick said Vader,Mick70RR wrote:The inner track rod ends are left hand thread, the outers are right hand thread. This is so the tracking can be adjusted without removing the track rod ends.
Outer tie rods are Right Hand Thread and the inners are Left Hand Thread.
Whichever your require inner or outer should come with the correct type thread for the car........They are not cross-compatible.
Got my new Moog ones coming in from the states (rockauto) as we speak.

I reckon at some point the rods have been put on the wrong way round, the kit I bought says its the outer ball joints, but they only fit on the inner end according to the way it came off the car
So I suspect what I need are INNER ones once I correct this
Hmmm
