Wheels Day 2013 - 29th March

Post by James777 »

I had been talking to a few american car owning friends and somehow, they were not aware of Wheels Day!

Although it is not exclusively for american cars, you can expect to see loads there. I went last year and many of the cars there were american, i would say at least 100-150.

Well worth the £5 entry fee. They had good entertainment and some great stalls there.

It's in Aldershot.

So... who is going this year?

I've been going to Wheels day for year, there's always a good mix of cars. some of us meet up on the A3 in the BP garage just before Guildford, leave there any time from 8-30 to 9.
Are we there yet dad ..... 10 to the gallon but worth it.

Would love to go again this year, weather permitting  , but we're out Fri nite (Black Crowes gig \:D/ ) and away on hols the next day, so leaving home at 6am to get there early enough not to have to queue for an hour just aint gonna happen

So maybe next year :)

I think 100-150 American cars would be a conservative estimate. This is only part of it...

Andy meets up at the cafe in Alton at Around 8am for breakfast, before driving to Wheels day.

They go in the rear entrance, as generally less traffic, then meets up with everyone
