The new wheels have arrived

Bassett D.O.T approved Nascar wheels.

Will be painted dark blue, as petty had his wheels at one point.

These wheels are for Nascar so stud holes are 5/8" not the stock 1/2". They also have a 45 degree chamfer on the nut seat stock wheels have a 60 degree chamfer, so had to purchase 1" nuts with 45 degree chamfer but 1/2" stud size

No not yet car isnt at home at the moment. But this car (not mine) will give you an idea of black wheels even though they are not the same wheel

Looks good on black and blue.

Must admit I do like the black.
But I suppose if your going for the full on Petty look they have to be blue :thumbright:

I prefer the black my self. Breaks the car up a little bit.

Thats why I like the darker blue gives it a bit of contrast, I think the black is a bit too hard on the eye personally for me anyway

Hi Si, Fronts are 7x15 3.75 Back space Rear are 8x15 4.75 Back space

Tyres going on are General Grabber 255 60 15 Front and 275 60 15 Rear.

And here we have a painted wheel, upset the 'ol woman didnt I. Painted them in the summer house, told her " Your lucky I didnt do them in the kitchen then!" She will come around :D
