727 vents

Has anyone had any experiance on shutting of the vent in the pump and moving it to the rear of box......question is were did you run the vent too ,,, under car ??/into car ??? catch can ???? i know Jimbo has done his but just fishing to see my options ,,,

Yes, run a line along the tunnel and up the bulkhead into the bottom of a small vented puke tank. If the fluid gets hot it can overflow into the tank and then later drain back into the box, simples!

One trick we did Pete when we built my 727 was to drill 4 small holes in the clutch drum with the teeth....this gave my box seriously hard shifts...try it?

Thanks for the reply Blue,and Lez.....i plan on running a line along the tunnel and up into the boot above the axle..... then Fix a small catch can on the roll cage .....Just concerend about it ever getting under the rear wheels.....My wife said ,,there is a week in Lanzorote in that box ,,,,,,more like a mounth in the Bahamas
