Mick's Road Runner

Post by Mick70RR »

Been lurking on the board for about 9 months but not had too much to say. Bought this car in December, couldn't get it in the garage so I spent three months building a new one. Few months work to get the car MOT'd and registered, then I decided to paint it. Still plenty to do. Car is a 440 4 speed, (originally a 383), 3.23 sure grip, bench seats.

For those of you who dont know, that is the Ex Chris Leslie Hemi orange car..Just thought I`d point that out so Mick gats the credit he deserves. Its OK Chris told me at the nats how average the paint job was that he had done on it.(read that as the paint job that he paid to have done on it)
Mick used to have a 383 1970 Coronet in black, which I heard was sold to Germany.GAL 4 J if your looking in here Matt!!!!!

Thats a lovely looking car, and I'm glad you decided to start posting ... eventually :)

Have you got any pics of the engine bay? If it looks half as good as the topside it'll be great :)

Excellent, do love the 70 Runner/Satellite. You must have read my mind Rich, I was going to suggest you guys from Brum come over to us in Rugby ( or we can meet somewhere in the middle ) and see how many Mopars we can muster.
