So, it's a 318 4 speed car with an 8 3/4" and 3.23 gears with an open diff. manual steering, manual drum brakes, no options base model. Motor has headers, mini starter, Isky cam, air gap manifold, 750 double pumper, Mallory ignition. Currently running on 7 cylinders, suspect it has a burnt valve, previous owner was upfront about all it's shortcomings so no problem there.
So far it appears to be rust free apart from a bit on the lower rear quarter, no real problem. Originally a pale green car, someome decided to Bananarama! over in white, but for reasons best known to themselves, decided not to paint the hood

paint is pretty poor but again I was told that. So, on with the prep for MOT...

Made a reasonable start this afternoon, heater out, stereo out, speakers out. Marked out templates on card to transfer to ally sheet for the necessary blanking plates, and wrote out a to do list.

Blue, i might know someone who's interested in the 318 if it's not too much money.
It's got a decent interior, looks a good base for something interesting.

I have some 318 heads if you need them. I also have a set of 360 heads if they are any good.
I have lots of 318 spare engine parts if they are of any help.

Yep!
Mick, not planning on pulling the 318 for a while yet, if you man's not in a desparate rush, I'm sure we could sort something out.
