Check brake fluid level

How do I do this on my A body 68 dart please?

The (what must be) master cylinder is metal, and appears to be sealed.
My car does not have a servo.

Unclip the tin lid,by levering the spring clip back, and check the levels inside

I think pre-71 the lid is held on by a bolt. I might be wrong though.
