Can someone please point me at some instructions that make sense, I'm struggling to find anything on t'internet :?

never done one but looking at that it seems similar to a jag axle with the button in the middle.

when conering the load goes onto the bearing on the opposite side of the axle. iv'e seen taper bearings fitted the wrong way around. all falls apart very quickly.

also as a side note with disc rear brakes you run a tighter tolerance otherwise you'll get pad knock off and a long brake pedal.

Here's my dial gauge set up on a magnetic stand.
Tolerance for drums is .013" to .015" (0.3 to 0.5mm)
