)Having only done Rushmoor Arena once, and sat in traffic there for an hour and a half to cover the last mile, our fears were realised this time too, with knobs on
But unlike Rushmoor Arena, I dont think the delay we experienced on the A281 between Guildford & Dunsfold was down to the speed or efficiency of the way the cars are processed at the entrance.... well, there was no processing of cars or people entering, at least not till well passed the entrance
By which time most people had parked up and walked in without paying 
Having said that, the roads approaching Goodwood are very similar and we've never sat in queues like that for the Revival meeting where there must be 2, 3 or 4x as many people attending?
Anyhoo, I'm sure it'll all be sorted out for next year....
Despite the usual moans about traffic, and non-show cars being parked in the show area, we had a great time checking out the wide range of rods/customs/restos/sht-heaps etc and chatting with many of the usual faces:
Mike Jones, Latil, Steve AllKiller & Paul, Steve Smy, Paul Knight, Dave Dick, Adam Ford, Derek, Anton (who was away fixing someone's car, as usual), Mark Pinborough, JC, RRunner, Pete Webb, Chris Davies, Justin, Sam & Simon..... etc etc
Favourite car? Prob the 69 Fury III parked out with the dailies. Looked like a fresh resto. Shame I didnt have my camera out by then

And talking of Harris Performance…. Here’s Andy Harris attracting attention with a Hyabusa-powered rwd Toyota Starlet that he’d just been doing donuts in. Presume that’s his grandson in the drivers seat, who he’s let start it up and rev the nuts off it
