having purchased a pair of `66 A100 seats so I could get rid of the bench its turned into quite a task.
had to special order correct 2 inch pleat covers for em(ouch ££) and have brackets made in ali with some "blue"holes
also a lot of faffing about with the tracks as wanted the drivers side adjustable.
also decided on a 68 hemi style scoop is just what the bonnet needed but could only find fibreglass.
so bought some sheet and went over the joinery shop to make it-hand made over a wooden former after getting approx. dimensions off the web and putting my own interpretation on it.
piccys........

Just wondering how you formed the lip at the front of the scoop, and assume you had to cut and weld to form the rear corners?

Blue-for the the lip we used a small u channel (bought from metals direct online)
and drilled 1/8 hole on inner lip to keep in place.
the rear was difficult and made another former to bash over and weld on.
I say "we" as I owe credit to my mate for a lot of it .

Great work.
Scoop looks spot on. Keep hold of that wooden former. Bet you get an order one day to make another.
