What happened to the paint?! :( The car looked epic before, or was it a 30 foot car?

Scoop looks great 8-) Really solid rust free car, in fact I nearly bought this when Dave Madders brought it in, but went for my 71 instead. Paint looks great as is :thumbright:

Sorry, I didn't meant it like that. The last photo I saw of the car was in spanking beige. It looked epic then, looks great now also.

mot yesterday as seats are all done.
found a steering wheel which is much better than the old bus type...it was covered in yacht varnish so after an hour of trying to sand it off I got the blow lamp out-ended up blackening the wood and liked it so left it :thumbright:
like riding in a completely different car with the new seats in and new carb on.
roll on next weekend.........

Great work as usual Dave! fair bit of weight saved too, bench seat went 90lb on my scales. Where did you get those floor mats? been looking for something like that for the Valiant.
