I've just got my rebuilt pumpkin back, I rebuilt the clutch type SureGrip with a Mopar Performance kit. When doing sharp corners it's very jerky and banging. I have filled it with Kendall LSD oil. Do I also need the Chrysler additive? If so can someone bring a can to Shakey tomorrow as I've run out of time If I keep on straight roads it should be alright 'til then..... I was out putting it in with me old motorbike waterproofs on, why do we leave everything so late. Is there a Chrysler garage in Stratford? TIA! 8)

Just do it. But stop now and again to check the diff temp. If it is too hot to place your hand on let it cool before proceeding. With a bit of luck it will be OK by the time you get there. Touch wood. Fingers crossed.
I was told by Hausers that the additive (Torco Limited Slip Friction Modifier Type G) is vital for Suregrip use, and that is what Im using with EP90.
Warn you now though, I dont know the differences with the suregrips!
Kev i had the same problem with my diff, (was running the proper kendall oil) i put the addative in and it has been fine since so i use it all the time now
I was definatley told you need additive with the recommended EP90 lube, and thinking back I did a bit of looking into it, was surprised myself.
Mind you, if you have been operating suregrips without this long, I guess that cant be the problem
