hi this is non mopar but Australian a friend has got an au falcon ute with the 4 speed borg warner btr 93le auto box and basically it looks like the box is shot so was wondering if any Australian members may know of any for sale or how much shipping would be for either a box or a rebuild kit to uk many thanks in advance

i shipped a 4 speed manual box from a bloke in queensland last year
shipping was $350 and it was cheaper by air than sea. i still hve no idea how he managed that, given that it cost $150 to ship 2 brake calipers previoulsy

there are a few falcons over here......

Andyrob (on here) has a v8 supercar falcon which he totally rebuilt last year granted none of it is any use to your mate but it might be worth asking if he dismantled any similarly aged falcons and utes for body parts/spares.

PS Duncan "Cannonball" is an auto trans spcialist...worth asking. if its a BTR Transmission it can proably trace its technology back to the Borg warner 35/65

Motospecs sydney are the chaps who distribute BTR/BorgWarner/Spicer Axle spares to us meer mortals who want to buy 1 of each thing not 100,000

they will probanly have the gaskets bands bearings seals etc

easier to ship a rebuild kit than a whole box

So Andy has auto boxes, the ute needs an autobox, or parts.
