Wiper Arms

Help I'm being a bit thick here but how do the wiper arms come off on a 73 B body, didn't bring the book with me and don't want to break anything.

On a 71B you Pull the tab back on the wiper where it mounts to the splined spigot, then give it a tug or gently get something under the wiper arm base where it mounts and it should release. same for most I think?
