Hope it makes the job easier! I am sure some of you guys have dropped the car over the motor/ trans. It always looks easy on the tv. But I realize what they do to make it look easy. I have not got the motor or trams pictured, just the install frame!

Now that looks like a clever little set up! Beats fighting with trolley jacks and blocks of wood etc. :thumbright:

It is relatively easier to drop the car over the engine and box Jeff, I helped Dave Robson do it that way with his challenger. The trickiest part was making sure the engine didn't hit the bodywork / chassis rails / firewall / radiator support on all four sides. Dropping it slowly with a watchful eye is the way to do it

I made something like that for mine. I did it in two halves so I could roll the gearbox in and out of the motor when off the car.
Mines a lot easier to get under the car with no subframe, inner wings, etc though.
No-one will believe you...

I have a lift, so should make it easier.
