Can anyone recommend a company to sonic test a block?
1968 Ford Fairlane 500 Wimbledon White. Currently a 302 auto but to be 410 4 speed.

is this not the done thing over here? I can't seem to find anything on the net.

I thought you race guys would have it done as a matter of course?

I have not found anyone.

Performance Unlimited did used to do it but Dave's one has broken...

Wouldn't someone like Geof Hauser know? Or Kenny Coleman, John Sleath...?

We had a block crack tested in some way when we first put the 440 in the Satellite back in '87. That was built by Clive Bond who used to do engines for Graham Barrs (Neon Star), Dave Mingay (Hellraiser) etc back then. He still does a bit but but is winding down these days due to ill health.

As you say, i'm sure one of the engine builders out there would know...
