Was down at a local workshop last night and a friend was working on his car. It was so lovely I had to take a couple of pics.
Check out this exhaust - its almost wil-esque in its complexity. Notable points (its not too obvious on the photos)
- Where it comes sideways off the headers it is 'notched' into the subframe - a section has been cut and welded for it to fit into.
- Subframe connectors welded all the way along - you can now jack it up on one corner and it stays rigid (as opposed to flex)
- When viewed from side or front the exhaust is so nicely fitted it you cant see it when you look under the car.
It really is a work of art. Badass looking ol' car too...
