ISO "Mopar Engine Guru"

Hi, I took my 73 Charger 400ci B/Block, to Chelsea Cruise last weekend, first decent shake down run, (120miles of motorway & town).
It got to Ace Cafe fine, about 50miles, but after an hour, took it to Chelsea, and it ran terribly. Stalling at under 30mph (auto), pinking under load, shuddering, and only averaging 10mpg. It struggled to get back to Southend at all!

Can someone recommend a Mopar Mechanic who can diagnose the problem, suggest improvements and tune the engine in Essex? Nearer to Southend on Sea, the better.
