Racing during MoparNats 2017 Rookie Q's

Post by Dutchrunner »

Hi All ,

Thinking of coming over to race during MoparNats.

Question:

Do you need to wear a helmet in the car?
Why I ask? I'm 6Ft7 and am touching the headliner in my car so no room for helmet.

Also are pre-sold tickets a must or can I buy at gate.

Thanks in advance.

Tickets you can buy on the gate. The Euronats have to comply with Santa Pod's rules for run what ya brung, if your terminal speed is above 110mph, you will need a helmet.

The full rules that all cars must comply with to run on the track are here,
http://www.rwyb.co.uk/rules.php

Look forward to seeing you there, bring your mates as well, Mopar or otherwise!

If you're 6'7" you'd probably outrun most cars.

He'Blue , Thank for clear info.
Don't think I'll exceed 110mph in my car.

Hope that I can come over.
Long time overdue.
Last time was in 2006 or something.

Hey Bigfoot

I camped next to a mate of yours at Santa Pod last year....Ronnie who had the 'Dark Duster' =- he had come over last year to pick up a Holden for someone. Nice guy. Is he coming back over with you?
