This was in the background of a photo set of a car I was bidding for on eBay,I asked the seller about it but got no response. I feel a rescue mission coming on.

This looks like the lost Charger of Bexhill. If so its been in the guys front garden for years. Apparently it's rotten, and the motor has gone, and he won't sell. Plenty of people have knocked on his front door to no avail...
