Hemi block

There is a 426 hemi block for sale on Ebay,looks to have a repair on one side,I have tried to contact seller,but no response.
It was also offered a few weeks before,on farcebook mopar site,again no response from seller.
Does anybody no this fella,who is advertising a hemi block,no phone number etc,Im smelling a scam

Its in redhill,surrey

Try Mopar Mark / R Runner / John castheman .... they all live near there and may know the guy ??
