Hello,
Is there someone in the Mopar club that can value my 1974 South African Dodge SE ?
I've insured my car with Brentacre Insurance again this year (Are we supposed to get discount?) but they seem reluctant to increase it's value.
I just want a true valuation by someone who knows what the car is worth. Hope some one can help!
Attached are some recent photo's of my car.
Thanks,
Phil.

Re: Dodge SE (South African) valuation
ideally you would get Tony Oksien to look it over, you pay a fee and he provides a nice letter which the insurance should respect
He is part of the NATS organisation team, usually has his evaluation head on at the NATS and has done mine twice or thrice over the last 10 years or so
he is also a member of the club, honorary president, founder of the MMA etc
this is his site

as its an SA car its worth seeing what they go for in OZ (from where most of it came)
how much would it cost you to put a replacement in similar condition back on your drive if i nicked yours and hid it.....
you will be wanting agreed value that in some way caters for the worst case scenario.....i.e the aim is to avoid them just giving you what you would have got if you weighed it in at the wreckers...Tony will assist in that quest and will take into account condition and rarity...
unless you plan to sell it i'd suggest the general evaluation is what you want... but contact him via the club first off

Phil,
You have PM. We do assist Brentacre with some valuation queries through the club committee. We speak directly to them and have endorsed valuations for members.
