Ultra low emission zone

Just been reading up on this, from April next year the London congestion charge is being added to by an emissions charge which will be 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Non compliant cars which includes all of "ours" will have to pay £12.50 a day if they enter the zone. From 2021 that zone will be extended to all areas within the north and south circular roads. You guys that live within the zone need to read up on this.

That's great, that wasn't made clear on the TFL website! Ok, I now see if you are VED exempt you don't have to pay this charge so it's just the daily then..
