Managed to get to Brands without any hold ups, even the events people seemed to know what they were doing this year!
Just a small stretch of the journey home, at the junction where we joined the M25 near the Dartford Tunnel was painfully slow, like 20 mins to do 1/8 mile, causing the temp needle to head off into the far right hand side of the gauge 
Thanks again to Derek for organising our spot, tho the gravel dust was as much of a pain as I expected. I hope anyone who left their windows open had fun cleaning the inside afterwards
I usually don't try and take many photos of the racing, cos of the high fences around most of the circuit, but as we had use of the hospitality suite (thanks Derek!), around lunchtime we headed up there and made the most of the A/C and free tea/coffee and of course the great view of the circuit. While we were there, the Euro Nascars were assembling on the grid so whilst i wouldnt normally have watched the whole race from 'trackside', we stayed up in the posh seats and tried to get some decent photos
If we get to go up there again i'll make sure i know what time the 'V8s' are racing, especially if Matt's there with his AAR!
