We heard a couple of weeks ago that he was planning to sell it back to the States. Shame :(

Ps - trivia i learned - apparently you dont pay import duty bringing them back in as they were manufactured there. Coupled with the $ rate it makes UK cars. Quite attractive.

No doubt it will pop up in the Aero Car section on the Dodge Charger forum in the US. The reality is, undertaking a full restoration on a muscle car in the UK costs twice what it costs in the US. Just buying and shipping the parts is a nightmare especially when Revenue and Customs take their slice. It’s a shame the car has gone back but it deserves to be restored, it’s just another chapter in it’s life and adds to it’s already interesting history.
