small block tuning parts

Post by mygasser »

hi, i've bought a 318/904 combo for my cresta gasser project and it's stock. i'm after tuning parts for it like 4 barrel inlet, carb, cam and lifters, decent timing set, 360 heads etc. used is better as it's cheaper. oh and rusty headers too as i only need the flanges to weld to the chevy fenderwell headers i already have, lol.
what you got folks, and how much? :thumbright:
cheers, neil.

I've got a pair of bare 360 heads and a cast iron 4 barrel inlet if you still need them.
I'm pretty sure I've got an old Weiand single plane inlet knocking around somewhere as well, it's never been used as far as I can tell!
I don't really have a clue on prices, I think I paid £100 for the weiand manifold a few years ago at North Weald so I'd be happy to get my money back on that.
The heads £50 for the pair?
And make me an offer on the iron manifold.
I'll be at Santa Pod on Saturday 3rd for the Nostalgia Nats and could bring them along
Cheers
Mark

hi mark,
stu here's offered me the heads and dual plane inlet from his 360 along with the higher stall convertor. he's thrashing to get his car ready for the weekend so no prices yet though. i'll bear your inlet in mind though and thanks for the message. :thumbright:

No problem Neil
It sounds like Stu's offer is more use than the bits than I've got.
Let me know. :thumbright:
