boot floor repair

after asking on the c body dry dock apparently 69 b body repair sections will fit c body with a few mods.has anybody imported panels for 69 roadrunner and if so where from and how much.
also any info ideas in tackling rusted panel inside boot underneath panel between boot lid/rear window [if that makes any sense]
sorry have some pictures but don't no how to post them

funny thing i just got into the boot of the satellite to take out the old speakers found that panel covered with suface rust i dont think there was never any paint on it from the factory
