Heater / Air Con pipes

Recently developed a small leak from a heater hose that goes through the firewall, I've renewed the clip that holds it in place without success. As the pipe itself is really hard (:oops:) I want to replace all the pipework with new as I think this might be preventing it from sealing.
Can anyone recommend or advise on the best place to buy them from, the ones marked with a yellow arrow in the picture below are the ones I need

The next thing to go will be the heater matrix if it has not been replaced as the higher pressure from fixing that will see it off - I have had 2 go like that :cry:
