Richard's Blue Charger....

Post by Scooby »

This is my pride and joy. Plans are to take her off the road over the bad weather and attend to the lower sills (some rust) I then have a friend who is going to make up some stainless steele sill covers. Next will be to replace the wide alloys (rear) with some wide Cragar S-330. to match the frt.
I have center console to fit. Dukes of hazard air horns are fitted
The engine running- gear will stay as it is maybe a few tweaks here and there. And I just want to drive her. Looking forward to taking the car up to santapod and meet the rest of you mopar guys, chill with a few beers and talk mopars....what else is there to do.!!!!!

I was going to try and make rwub, But had a view teething probs with a vibration which is now being dealt with as we speak. Can you believe it. The headers-exhaust system was bolted on to tight causing a bad vib right through the car. I must have checked bl..dy everything....well nearly!!!!

Hi Phill I did toy with the idea of wide at the front but have opted for wide cragers to the rear so there all matching chromes....Just hope father Xmas remembers me this time, wonder if they have mopar rain-deers....
Flap-jacks Ill ask the misses although I doubt she will come with me...to santa.but am sure she will make loads of flapjacks...I here they soak up the beer well !!!!

YEP the whole lot was bolted up so tight, there was no room for any movement or give when the car was moving up the mph.
This one guy just took one look. Hes one of those old school who if he cant repair it he will remake or fabricate it. They also have a great american parts back up. Bob Harman Performance Ltd. Watford.

Bob Harman has been involved with mopars as long as I've been out of nappies. He was also one of the first guys to use NO2.He's also a very likeable bloke. He also owns AtoZ in Watford.
