Fantastic work mate. Nothing like a completely clear engine bay to spray, then fit loads of clean goodies to.

Keep up the good work fella. :thumbright:

Got the engine in and sat on the new mountings i made, when i test fitted the engine i didnt bolt on the oil pump, so when i came to fit it for good the oil pump hit the engine mounting  .
So i had a cuppa tea and a cig, put some more thought into it, and put my mistake right, took me the weekend to sort it out mind.
Anyway its sat on the mounting now, lots more still to do....................

As Dave said, that fits in there really nicely...I wouldn't mind betting the original exhaust manifolds clear the steering as well.

Having the iron manifolds should help keep things a bit cooler under there, though it looks like fitting headers may not be too much of a problem either...should sir be thinking that way for the future! ;)
The pump don’t work coz the vandals took the handles.

The manifolds will probably work on the passenger side, but I would imagine the steering column/box is gonna be right where you don't need it on the drivers side. Be interested to see how it works out. Will the master cylinder clear the valve cover?
