Not long had exactly the same issue with an Amazon account. I realised after a short while from ordering something, that I hadn't had a confirmation E-mail, so went to check the account for history. Remembered all the details correctly, but it said the account didn't exist, when I went back to check the status of the order. Spent an age on the phone to their call centre, but no, they definitely had no record of that account, nothing had been ordered of that type, no way, Nuh-uh. Even had them check if any goods matching the description ( A camera and Flash card) had been ordered that day... Nothing!TYREMAN wrote: Yes i know it and use itbut i answer all the security questions including what email i used when i opened the account but it they just say "Sorry we have no matching account" and thats that
