Thanks Andy. :thumbright: its weird how i can come up with a Password that i think i will never forget and i do! it happened on Ebay but its easy to get it back :) but the problem i have with this Flickr thing is i answer all the questions they want etc and then there is no account that matches
So i dont get an Email with the info i want.

I will give up on this now and just start a new one and just call it Tyreman2 or something

Can you remember the email address you used for the account? If so can't you get a password reminder/reset sent to that address?

Yes i know it and use it ;) but i answer all the security questions including what email i used when i opened the account but it they just say "Sorry we have no matching account" and thats that :x

They said the only thing i can do is call them in the States but i tried that and ran out of credit after 30 Seconds :D i will give it a go on Skype as its a lot cheaper.

Not long had exactly the same issue with an Amazon account. I realised after a short while from ordering something, that I hadn't had a confirmation E-mail, so went to check the account for history. Remembered all the details correctly, but it said the account didn't exist, when I went back to check the status of the order. Spent an age on the phone to their call centre, but no, they definitely had no record of that account, nothing had been ordered of that type, no way, Nuh-uh. Even had them check if any goods matching the description ( A camera and Flash card) had been ordered that day... Nothing!

Panicking that I had given my credit card details to a bogus site, I phoned my card helpline, who said no money had been taken. Thank the Lord, thinks I, but just to be safe, I'll cancel the card, being as Amazon know nothing of my order. So cancel the card I did, they sent me a new one, different details obviously! Panic over, think's I! :thumbright:

Well blow me if my stuff didn't turn up on the doorstep the very next morning...

...so you phoned Amazon and gave them your new card details because you couldn't live with the guilt of getting a free camera then Stu? :angel12:

Well from what you have said Stu i wont bother calling them ;) there is no money involved thankfully, so i will just open a new account and ignore the old one.

Cheers.

 Just waiting to get a statement, Ivor. ;) All the paperwork that arrived with the stuff say's it's been paid in full by the right kind of card, so I'm waiting to see what my statement says! :dontknow:

I just know that if I ring them up and give them details, I'll end up paying twice. If they've not had the money yet, they'll not be slow to contact me, they've got the address! The money will be safely put to one side for then. I'm not daft! You don't get owt for nowt in this world and I'm a firm believer in "do unto others" and all that.

Besides, it'd only eat away at me, it's just not my style. ;)

So if a lorry was to drive by and an A body 8¾" suregrip axle was to fall off the back into your front garden, you'd jump in your car and chase the driver to tell him.

I would too, honesty is the best policy mate! ;)

I'd certainly ask him to give me a hand digging the bugger out the big pit it made! :D

But there's already a nice 8 3/4 with 4:10 locker sat in my garage! =P~

Now if it were a BB K frame with RHD mounts on it... :-k

:D
