i apretiate and respect people decisions etc but personally i think that you arent giving yourself certain things your body need by not eating meat
but fair paly anyway

What evidence is that Si? Some Hollywood movie about cavemen catching dinosaurs
If we are going to go down that route, then consider this.....
All natural carnivores (animals which consume other animals), are built for the job, from the smallest insect to huge Killer Whales. Humans can't catch or kill anything bigger than a rat with their bare hands and small teeth. As they are an intelligent species they managed to devise tools and traps to catch animals for food. A full grown man still struggled to suffocate a buffalo by biting its windpipe though. Carnivores all mainly consume meat while it is still alive or just killed....or even carrion (try eating that raw!) No other animal on this planet has to cook meat to prevent food poisoning, that is because their immune systems and digestive systems are designed to cope with it and ours aren't. A little bit of undercooked chicken can cause mayhem in the trouser department
Humans eating meat is a bit like cats drinking cream, they love the taste but how the hell do they get it out of a cow....a totally unnatural food source (I've yet to see cats catch fish too?). Sure, we all, or most of us love the taste of it, and it's a major Worldwide industry worth billions, but there is no way on earth it is part of a natural diet.
Consider also the physique of a male Silverback Gorilla. 200 kilos of muscle, it could snap a man in half, doesn't even go to the gym to work out...has never touched a Maximuscle product either. Lives on fruit, seeds, tree bark, plant bulbs, tender plant shoots, and flowers....and guess what? He has a great set of canine teeth, perfect for killing?
Horses... slab sided muscles on top of muscles. Strong and fast, lives on grass, hay, oats and the odd sugar lump if he's lucky!
That big Aberdeen Angus bull, same thing...huge, with muscles coming out of his ears....no meat in his diet (well except for the ground up remains of less fortunate cattle, which led to Mad Cow Disease incidentally, and is now much better controlled). So you really don't need meat to be big, strong and muscular.
So, bearing all that in mind, why do we 'need' meat in our diet, asides from liking the taste? What does it provide....protein? All the essential amino acids can be obtained on their own from various everyday plant sources, which, contrary to popular belief, do not need to be combined in the same meal .....and meat's bloody expensive too. When I was young I used to eat meat like it was going out of fashion. I would be pumping iron down the gym and stuffing my face everyday with 5kg of chicken fillets and 2 dozen eggs washed down with a gallon of milk mixed with a cocktail of muscle enhancing products....most of which just made me fart, trying to look like Arnold Scwarzanegger. Spinal injury stopped the training and you quickly shrink back to your original self. One day, a few years ago, I tried some of Paula's vegetarian dishes and never looked back since. My willy has gown at least 3 extra inches since I stopped eating meat too and I've saved a fortune.
Anyway, this is not a personal crusade to convert you all to vegetarianism, you can eat what you like. But if what is said in that video is true, then you may not have as much choice in the future as you do now about what you eat.
PS this is just a reply to Si's point and not an attack on anyone who eats meat.
