Pete, I know nothing about using Methanol with Nitrous, but I have a vintage racing bike that runs on Methanol, the jetting on that needs to be a LOT bigger than for running on petrol, you literally have to drill out the main jet.

Does it run clean , no misfires?

What plate set up you running? , what motor? , jet spread? bottle pressure? fuel pressure? spark lead? plugs heat range?....................................................pistons? rings? :D

As Martin says , need to increase jets to run methanol.

Don't be shy Pete , tell us all about it. :D
