Back is done, so have now removed back axle and springs.
Time for a jack up and test spin.
Car tries to touch floor at this point so it needs to go up an inch or two, but its nearly there. Progressing anyway.

That's one big ship to start twirling around Will!
Great to see some progress being made, it's a great car.

Nice Will, always wanted one of them
Did you weld up any bracing across the doors - them verts are awful floppy!! Don't do any major bodywork without making sure it's squared up!! Really looking forward to more pics
BTW - if you are still looking for K-member bolts, they are now finally being reproduced

So far it seems very rigid, but if the rear quarters end up coming off I will be putting in a big X brace .
Whos doing the bolts?

Nice work
Did you copy another rotisserie or make it up as you went along?
No-one will believe you...

looked at a few for inspiration, some good, some quite bad designs.
Tried to get it up on the trailer today but I need to mod the wheels to get more ground clearance.

Jetwashed underside and exterior, and most of the paint flew off.
Swivelling casters upgraded to two wheelbarrow wheels. Other end raised by 2 inch spacers. Got it on trailer ok.
Lowered down for transport.
Delivered to bodyshop 60 miles away.
