Hi Jon and all,

Good to see someone in the Uk is still flying the smallblock flag!!! :thumbright:
Well done Jon!!! :D
Its all about cost as usual.
Its always been cheaper to build a trick Bigblock, many more parts available at realistic prices.
So whats the difference between a 500cube smallblock and a 500cube smallblock, probably about $5000 LOL!!!
You still end up with a 500cube engine and not much difference in weight I should think?
So in my mind mind smallblocks should stay around 360 cubes max and keep the revs up in the 7000-8000 range, just like a Nascar motor!
500cube in a 400block is the best set-up, or Monster 440block motor.

Just my 10pence worth of input.
Bacca.

Hi Bacca

I need to come and see you soon

Anyway, the difference between a 500 c.i. smallblock and a 500 c.i. smallblock is nothing ;)

It`s not easy the s/b stuff but enjoyable

You off to Shakey this weekend ??
