Custom Leaf Spring Bracket
I just want to test the water to see if there is a market for custom front leaf spring brackets to lower and raise the height of the rear end.
Option 1 will offer 2 inch lower position and 1 inch higher position.
Option 2 will offer 2 inch lower position and 2 inch higher position.
Can people let me know if there is any interest a I can get a better price having multiples water jet.
They will be around £80 a pair to your door.

the aussies had em on the RT cars
designed them into 400 or so cars to get em homologated for
saloon car racing, not much use for oval or drag raceing in their opinion but handy addition to the toolkit for road and track ...now mighty popular if you can find em for tweaking ride height when combined with blocks and or wedges on the spring purches
they had 2 or 3 holes.
1 caused understeer one caused over steer and 1 was just right
but which setting caused which was heavily dependent on shocks tyres alignment, front end height setting, and how thick your front torsion bars are...
aussie series production racing didn't allow rear anti sway unless it was standard fitment Cry/aus testing proved they just made the car more likley to spin out so they went with these front of spring adjusters and heavy duty armstrong shocks. seemingly that inch or two adjustmnet made all the difference when driving on the edge or at least drving with the back end hanging out....
but as i say still a popular addition to Aussie Mopars for both asthetic and handling reasons
one of the first press/demo cars had one side set high and one side set low and it caused a bit of bad press until they realised

Dodge B body hangers are one inch longer than Plymouth B body hangers. That's why the wheelbase is longer on a Dodge.ANTON wrote:If I had access to an a-body I can check it it can be done.gmopar59 wrote:sounds good Anton, would they be suitable for an A body? gerry
Does anyone know if the a-body and b-body are different??
I would bet A body hangers are different still.

A simple adjustment of the CAD programme and I can make them one inch longer for Plymouths too and one I know what is need for an A-body I can make them too.
If you are going to do them then do the spring hanger reinforcing plates as well, they would be very easy to make (flat piece of metal with holes in). Dunno how many you'd sell but if you can make them cheaper than importing them from the US or knocking up you own (i.e the time it would take) then might be worth you considering

To get around my ride height issue and to mock-up preparation for a axle swop, I had contacted Anton to get a pair of hangers made.
They are very well made and are an exact fit. There is plenty of adjustment so has allowed me to set the height I want - thanks Anton
