Help needed finding brake parts

Post by AllKiller »

This is my problem

Viper upgrade needs 11.75 Cordoba rotors that are 1" thick so the viper pads need he supplied shims behind the pads

BUT...Ive noticed
Chrysler Imperial etc C body cars use 1.25 thick rotors so no need for Spacers as the same as Viper Rotor thickness. but i think these are 5 x 5 bolt spacing

So Here's the question:- does anyone / who makes 2 piece rotors that i can have C body rotors on a hat to fit the Cordoba / mopar 5 on 4.5 bolt spacing ????
Rotor = 11.75 x 1.25

Just thought it makes things easier if possible with no shimming needed.

:help:

Cordoba 5x4.5 11.75 x 1.00
Imperial 5x5 11.75 x 1.25

I need 5x4.5 11.75 x 1.25.....see :thumbright:

Are you sure all C bodies are 5x5? As far as I'm aware, at least some of them are on 5x4.5. Personally I'd fit the spacers, those thicker rotors must weigh a bleedin' ton!

C'mon Steve, you're getting as bad as Paul. Forget the hotrodding, get the spacers in and come out with us on the 13th, or the end of the month. This has got to be the longest brake upgrade in history. LOL
I'm pretty sure my 66 Fury was 4.5.

all aussie rotors after 1970 and before 1978 were hub and hat

but they used the smaller bearing

this catalogue might be usuful for dimensions and that
