I found that with the Enderle linkage and keeping the same dimensions as the stock pedal but with a rod instead of a cable, pedal "feel" was just right.
What is important with a rod set up, is a positive adjustable stop under the pedal pad, you will bend or break something otherwise. Don't forget your double return springs either...

Sorry mate I don't, but the design was much the same as the one in Mark's 'Cuda. I measured the distance from the pad to the pivot and pivot to cable slot on the stock pedal and kept those dimensions the same on the new pedal to keep the ratio the same.

Well I fitted some flowmasters on the Dart today, two reasons one I want to get the car MOTed next year and the second I will now be able to run on the Friday at the Hot Rod Drags when you have to run treads and an exhaust the welding ended up a bit of a bodge as I ran out of gas half way through but its good enough to hold

Have to say I think flowmasters sound the dogs.

The only system that sounds better imo is the full tti setup with dynomax ultraflows...........

Issue with that is the whole system cost.........gulp!

I'll be having flowmasters on mine in the future!

Whilst I am still waiting for my brake issue to be sorted I decided to put my one and only day off this week to good use. So I stripped off my Barry Grant and M1 intake and fitted my tunnel ram, made up some new fuel lines and moved the engine breather lines and and tank. Modified the throttle cable assembly . Primed the fuel system no leaks one squirt on the pedal and into life it sprang, a couple of small adjustments later it was idling at 1200rpm. it a little boggy down the bottom end at the moment but bring the revs up to 2500 then mash the pedal the climb bleeding fast and it bounces of the rev limiter. Most definatley perked the motor up :thumbright:

Just got to get the rear end sorted, hopefully the bits will be ready tomorrow
and if the weathers good and i'm not too knackered will put that back together in the evening...

Just a couple of snaps with the phone, and to those that had thought why has he but such a huge scoop on his car I am now wishing I had gone bigger as my velocity stacks wont fit under it
