Pete, it will depend on the caliper. If they are from a vehicle specific kit then they should accept the same hose connection as OEM, if they are not vehicle specific then they could still be either 1/8-27 NPT (taper fitting, or if for banjo fitting a straight 7/16 or even metric. Am I missing something, don't you have a flexi from the caliper? Or have you got a hard line from caliper to strut (assuming it's for a race car) then in to a flexi. Either way you'll probably need an npt to -3 fitting adaptor which is the most common.

The one circled are from the flexy to caliper and the shiney ones are from the flexy to hard line allowing the flexy to be clipped to bracket on frame rail
