"Final Solution"
Somewhat clarksonian right wing overtones but one of Pere Ubu's finest tunes with some very apt lyrics...

I remember someone using that term in an important meeting at work and one of the attendees who was Jewish was very offended and threatened to walk out......
I know where you are coming from, but there are so many bad associations with the phrase that I could not use it - far worse than "Stars and Bars" on the Roof!!!!

I saw a hemi car in a mag called "Psychotic reaction"
If it were mine, i would ditch the leaf springs and go for either ladder bars or four link and if it really is 3900# i'd look at ways to get some weight out, that's free power and less stress on the drive train. If it's just a race car and you're having an engine built, i would crank the comp right up to at least 14.1 and run methanol, best meth injection is Ron's flying toilet. If it's a street/strip car then stay at 10.5.1 and run petrol. Sorry just read the thread again and see you're using it on the street, so the race car bit doesn't apply.
Nice car
Mick

Thanks Mick, like the name.
I do not want to make it a full time race car, as it would destroy any inteinsic value and when I am done racing I will use it as a street car with a 400 / 500 wedge motor so I am keeping my options open.
You are dead right on the weight situation and I have to think very carefully about that without ruining the car............
