Ah...interesting. might be worth starting a new thread in the members carshow section

http://www.moparuk.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=16

You can fill us in with all the details etc on there. :thumbright:

Pics need to be resized to 256Kb to fit on site. Any picture program will allow you to do it. Im no expert on computers. I resize them to 600 x 400 pixels and they normally work. If you are still struggling, PM me your email, we can link up and you can send me the pics. I will resize them and put them on for you

Hi there Walder.
Good post, and fair play to anyone who holds their hands up - the mark of a man.

I sincerely hope that you do stay in the club - there is a wealth of information here - but potentially we are a bit light on "C" Body knowledge.

However, they are gaining popularity both in the UK and on the MMA Message Board.

If you do decide to leave the club then that's your call; but I take it as a personal failure if we lose a member.

As a Car Marque we are pretty thin on the ground compared to all the Ch*vys and Frauds. I guess that is why the brand and the membership here is pretty strong, and we tend to stick together.

Being passionate about your car is great, I think we all are.

However, at the end of the day; people are more important than cars, and we pride ourselves as a club that we are respectful, polite, and supportive to each other.
You will find that kindness is met with even greater kindness here.

We also go in for a fair bit of leg-pulling as well!! ;)

All the best

Pete

Go onto Google and look up Photobucket, download it to your phone/computer whatever you use and then if you're attached to the internet Photobucket will automatically copy your photos from that device onto it. You can then upload them onto this site by clicking on the 'Choose File' button at the bottom of the 'post a reply' box and it will size it for you

Yeah, C body not always easy. A lot of the chassis and engine parts are interchangeable across many Mopars so worth doing some research before paying top dollar for 'C body only' parts. Bodywork and trim are hard to find here...I get anything I need on US sites and ship it with Ron Fenton at STS :thumbright:

Fair words Pete, and although I no longer have a mopar , in fact a Chevy owner for a whole month I believe this is the best CAR club I have ever been affiliated with. Casting my mind back to when I first got the Cougar I had a problem with vibration through the car at speeds over 40 mph, no one could fathom it out , changed fan , harmonic balancer and other things , it was down to Blue or Dave, who suggested the flex plate , changed that and bingo, sorted .
This is a great club for anyone who owns an American car , period, and I will continue to be a member what ever I choose to buy.
Great people with unlimited knowledge on all levels and marques.

Always great to see you, Guy; and miss having our regular chats at the shows.

I will never forget the fact that it was you that got me a flight in a P51.

Ah fear not my friend we will chat again soon I'm sure and It was my pleasure to help you achieve that dream, unfortunatley Morris crashed one of the Mustangs a couple of months ago killing the passenger and injuring himself and was badly burnt form the waist down.Word is it was down to cross wind but nobody really sure but have a look at the East Daily Press web site for more info.Think it was the one you went up in , all very sad.
Currently just imported a 1958 Impala Sport Coupe from Denver, Drew went and checked it out for me before buying, so it just goes to show club members far and wide can help even with car buying , credit to him he helped so much. Top bloke.
Yours
